enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is now open!

ENROLLMENT Process & Policy

Admissions Process:

The admissions process for the next school year begins in January of the current year for returning families. Open Enrollment for new families begins in February. Before enrollment is offered to new families, guardians must complete a school tour and meet with an administrator. A shadow day experience is requested for prospective students in 2nd grade or above. Contact Admissions at admissions@bscs-denver.net for more information.

Preschool-8th Admission Priority:

BSCS follows the Archdiocesan protocol (Policy #2000) when it comes to prioritizing applications for admission:

Enrollment is first offered to current students who are invited to re-enroll in January. Siblings of current Blessed Sacrament students receive first priority once Open Enrollment begins for new families in February.

Second priority is given to active, registered parishioners of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. To be considered an active, registered parishioner, a family must complete a registration form at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Additionally, the family must be deemed by the pastor as supportive of the parish by frequenting the sacraments, offering verifiable financial support to the parish, and offering their time and talent to school and/or parish ministries.

Third priority is given to all other Catholics giving the same witness as described above through active participation at other Catholic churches.

Fourth priority is given to all other families interested in enrolling their child at Blessed Sacrament.

Students may apply and be offered enrollment through January 31st of any given school year, as long as the grade level has not reached capacity. If enrollment spots are limited or at capacity, prospective students may be placed on a waitlist if their application has been submitted.

Preschool Admission Policy:

Before their first day of school, children must be the specified age for the program to which they are applying and fully potty trained.
